WPA OPEN BOARD MEETING MINUTES
December 11, 2017
Call to Order: Jacky Walton
Attendees: Jacky Walton, Steve Vasey, John Walton, Bob Garrison, Peggy Phillips, Larry McMillin and Butch Williams.
Absent: Keith Johnson and Adam Anderson
Quorum: Yes – Secretary
Larry McMillin made a presentation to make an exit from the existing parking lot onto Wraggs Ferry Road, Creative Concrete Solutions of Conway has agreed to complete this project for an amount of $2,400. In October, the project was approved to be completed by Love’s Concrete for $2,800; however, they have since declined.
Larry made a Motion that this project be awarded to Creative Concrete Solutions of Conway and approval for the President and Secretary to enter into a contract for $2,400 with the approved vendor. The motion was seconded by John Walton and unanimously approved by members present.
