2021 INTERVIEW MINUTES
DECEMBER 13, 2021 AT 4:30 PM

Gary Dreher, President, opened the interview session at 4:30 pm.
Present: Gary Dreher, Stan Earnhart, Peggy Philips, Ken Gaspari, Tom Cobb, Dave DeCreny
Absent: Joe Meyers
Late Arrival: Jon Rutstein
Gary described the procedure we would use to interview the candidates. He also described the issues that we were looking to solve with a fully staffed board.
Interviews were held with: Bob Ramsey, Trina Davis, and Mike Downs. M. Kaitlin Floyd withdrew her application.
A secret ballot was conducted without further discussion.
Stan Earnhart, Secretary counted the ballots and announced that Bob Ramsey had the highest number of votes and would fill the vacant board position.
Gary announced he would contact the candidates and adjourned the interview session at 6:15 PM
