ANNOUCING A NEW FACEBOOK COMMUNICATION SITE BROUGHT TO YOU BY YOUR BOARD:

“THE WEDGEFIELD PROPERTY OWNER’S FORUM”

This site is approved and provided to the Wedgefield Community to improve communication between the property owners and members of your board. Resident members, this is your opportunity to share announcements, discuss and share ideas and information, pose questions that will lead to sharing amongst the membership, share constructive criticism, and give insight to the board as to “what is on the minds” of our community membership.

HOW DOES IT WORK? This is a closed community discussion forum. You must be a member of The Wedgefield Plantation Association. Note: Sharing your ideas, concerns, suggestions on this site, does not replace a letter to the board, when you want board action, or a board written response.

To join you will contact the office by email: WEDGEASSOC.COM@frontier.com, and let us know that you would like to join THE WEDGEFIELD PROPERTY

OWNER’S FORUM on Facebook. Are you a member who doesn’t want to be on Facebook, but would like to participate? When you notify the office be sure and tell us you are not a general Facebook participant, and would like to receive periodic emails from the Website Subcommittee, providing you with the actual discussions, from this Facebook site. Your board wants to open this opportunity to all of our members.

SOUND TO GOOD TO BE TRUE? ARE THERE RULES? Yes, there are a few rules – very simple rules. Your comments to the site must be constructive, rather than critical. Your fellow member’s idea, or concern may not appeal to your way of thinking. This site is provided to bring Wedgefield together, and personal

attacks on each other’s comments defeats our purpose – open respective sharing. There is more than one way to disagree, and we are asking you to share your thoughts without attacking another individual. Your Website Subcommittee is dedicated to making this a positive opportunity. Let’s make this Facebook site – the membership place to discuss, and open the world of communication between all members. Remember our board members are community members also.
