Attendance– Stan Earnhart, Dave Decreny, Marilyn Weitz, Trina Davis, Joe Myers, Meredith Marsh, Jonathan Rutstein
Quorum– yes
Bob Ramsey came in at 7:20.
Trina Davis gave a 5-minute presentation explaining the Spectrum contract and made a motion to approve the contract.
Marilyn Weitz made a motion to adopt an amended agenda allowing 3 minutes for presentation of the proposed contract. Each board member will have a maximum of two minutes to ask questions. Motion seconded and carried.
A motion was presented to offer Spectrum to the residents at $80 per household. Motion was seconded. After discussion a vote was taken with 4 ayes and 4 nays. Motion failed.
After the Spectrum meeting was adjourned the board discussed approving $2750 for materials and labor needed to assemble a catch basin at Francis Parker Rd. Motion was made to approve the $2750 for this project with 6 ayes and 2 nays. Motion carried.
