Officer Reports

President – Expressed appreciation for all volunteers around the plantation, working with the committees and boards members

Vice President – Commented that Janine and her election committee has done a wonderful job. Most of you here know, the golf course is under foreclosure, the lender Paramount Capital is responsible for the disposition of the property. The board is in the process of a “hold harmless” agreement so that we can clean up the property either with vendors or volunteers without danger of litigation. It is an ongoing process and I urge you all not to expect a quick solution. We appreciate your patience.

Secretary – December 4th tree lighting at 4:30 and don’t forget the toys for tots. We will collect Toys for Tots at the office and at the tree lighting. Also, the candles for the luminaries will go on sale after Thanksgiving $.15 per candle.

Treasurer – I first of all want to thank Mr. Al Demarchi for his dedication. Assessment for next year will be $525. Assessment Invoices will be mailed the last week in December and any payment not paid by the last week of February and will be assessed a late charge of $20 per month.
