2021 REORGANIZATION MEETING MINUTES
NOVEMBER 20, 2021
AT 1:00 PM
WPA OFFICE
Present: Tom Cobb, David DeCreny, Gary Dreher, Stan Earnhart, Ken Gaspari, Joe Myers, Peggy Phillips, Jonathan Rutstein
The meeting began at 1:00 PM. After a brief discussion, Gary Dreher and Joe Myers were nominated for President. A secret ballot was taken. Gary Dreher elected president for 2022.
Joe Myers and Jonathan Rutstein were nominated for Vice President. A secret ballot was taken. Jonathan Rutstein elected VP for 2022.
Stan Earnhart will remain as Secretary on a voice vote. Peggy Phillips will remain as Treasurer on a voice vote.
Gary opened a discussion for the committee chair positions and the following decisions were made:

DRAINAGE Joe Myers
COMMUNITY LIASON Jonathan Rutstein
ARC Ken Gaspari
FINANCE Peggy Phillips
COMMUNICATIONS Dave DeCreny

COMPLIANCE Stan Earnhart

Water Amenities Joe Myers
NEW BUSINESS Gary led a discussion to replace Tom Macedo.
Tom Cobb moved to use the same procedure as prior replacements. Request resumes of prospective replacements due December 6, interview the candidates, hold a special meeting to vote on the replacement. Jonathan Rutstein second. Discussion. Motion Passed 8-0.
Motion to adjourn, second. Gary adjourned the meeting at 1:40 PM.
