Wedgefield Property Association Board of Trustees Re-organization meeting November 30, 2020
Bob McMahan called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM.
In attendance: Adam Anderson, Gary Dreher, Stan Earnhart, Bob Garrison, Ken Gaspari, Tom Macedo, Bob McMahan, Peggy Philips, Jon Rutstein.
Bob McMahan asked for nominations for the executive officers. The following nominations were made as follows:
Bob McMahan -President
Adam Anderson -Vice President
Stan Earnhart – Secretary
Peggy Phillips – Treasurer
The nominations were approved 9-0.
Bob McMahan opened discussion to fill Committee Chairs. Discussion. The following positions were assigned:
Adam Anderson Community Liaison
Gary Dreher Grounds, Roads
Stan Earnhart Drainage
Bob Garrison Compliance,Legal
Ken Gaspari Water Amenities
Tom Macedo ARD
Bob McMahan Welcome
Peggy Philips Finance
Jon Rutstein Condo Liaison, Website, Communications
