WPA OPEN MEETING MINUTES
February 1, 2016
Call to Order – President, Jacky Walton called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm
Attendance – In attendance were Jacky Walton, John Walton, Bob
Garrison, Al DeMarchi and Larry McMillan
Quorum – Treasurer, Al DeMarchi stated yes due to Janine Cline’s absence
New Business –
- Approval for slag for Marina road. Motion made by Al DeMarchi, for John Walton, to approve $1760 for J.C. Landscape to provide 40 tons of #2 slag for the marina road and spread over the road. Seconded by John Walton. Motion passed.
- Approval up to $1,000 for drainage repairs for 177 Governor Johnston. Motion was made and amended by Al DeMarchi to approve up to $3000 for J.C. Landscape to excavate and repair damage/deteriorated drainage basin and pipe. Seconded by John Walton. Motion passed.
- Motion was made by Al DeMarchi to transfer $50,000 from Operating account to Reserve account to prevent exceeding the $250,000 FDIC insurance threshold. Seconded by Bob Garrison. Motion passed.
