- Bryan Lawrimore recuses himself from meeting and leaves room. Quorum maintained with six board members present.
- Bill Condon motions to form Special Recall Committee, seconded, discussion, vote called, all in favor.
- Jonathan Rutstein recommends Bob Garrison, Adam anderson, Adam Hall, Bill Condon, Bob McMahan, Elizabeth Wainwright, Miki Nadeau, Peggy Philluips and Tom Macedo as committee members.
- Bob Meltzer motion to approve committee list as read, seconded, no discussion, vote called, all in favor.
- Jonathan Rutstein motions to approve Bob Garrison as chair of Special Recall Committee, seconded, no discussion, vote called, all in favor.
