REORGANIZATION MEETING DECEMBER 4, 2018
As required, a meeting was called following the Annual Meeting to assign positions for the upcoming year. All nine Board Members were present: Bob McMahan, Jacky Walton, Steve Vasey, Larry McMillin, Butch Williams, Peggy Phillips, Adam Anderson, John Walton.
A motion was made by Bob Garrison and seconded by John Walton to retain all officers and chairpersons in their present functions.
The Executive Officers will be:
Jacky Walton, President
Bob Garrison, Vice President
Larry McMillin, Secretary
Peggy Phillips, Treasurer
All Committee Chairpersons will be unchanged:
ARC, Bob McMahan
Legal, Bob Garrison
Finance, Peggy Phillips
Communications, Larry McMillin
Community Liaison, Adam Anderson
Welcome Committee, Butch Williams Drainage
Water Amenities, John Walton
Condo Liaison, Steve Vasey
Roads, Adam Anderson
Grounds, Larry McMillin
Compliance, Butch Williams
Website, Jacky Walton
There was a discussion about the Drainage Chair. There was also discussion about committee members, and their requirements:
- Must be a Wedgefield property owner.
- Must be in good-standing.
- Must be nominated by the Chairperson and approved by the board.
- Each is required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement.
Any committee member may be removed by their Chairperson at any time. The meeting adjourned at 8:10
